ABSTRACT
Introduction : Chronic Lymphoproliferative Disorders (CLPDs) present a significant clinical challenge, characterised by the clonal proliferation of mature B lymphocytes and considerable biological and clinical heterogeneity. Cytogenetic analysis is pivotal in diagnosing and prognosticating these malignancies by identifying key chromosomal abnormalities, such as trisomies and deletions. However, data on the cytogenetic landscape of CLNs remain scarce in sub-Saharan Africa, particularly in Côte d’Ivoire.
