PEER REVIEW POLICY

PEER REVIEW POLICY- Each article on submission is received by the editorial assistant and subjected to preliminary checks for compliance to journal house style. Article that does not conform to AJLHTS house style is returned to the corresponding author to follow the author instruction and resubmit. From this point, the manuscript goes to the Editor-in-Chief who then assigns the manuscript to the section editors. Manuscripts that fall within the scope of this journal are then sent out for blind review. On receipts of the review comments from reviewers, manuscripts are returned to authors for corrections and returned. The final decision to publish the article is taken by the Editor-in-Chief after recommendation by the section editors. A minimum of two reviewers are involved for the review of a manuscript.
